Broccoli Cheddar chicken pasta bake

(makes 3 freezer meals)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cooked, shredded chicken breasts
  • 2 boxes of pasta (I used penne), cooked and drain
  • 2 cans of Campbell’s cheddar soup
  • 2 cups of chicken broth (I used the broth from cooking the chicken)
  • 2 bags of frozen broccoli
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 3 cups of shredded cheddar

Instructions:

  • combine all ingredients except shredded cheddar into a bowl
  • divide out into three pans
  • top with cheddar cheese
  • when ready to cook, bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until warm and bubbly.

    1. Great question! I typically will thaw out my freezer meals in the refrigerator before cooking. However, if you are in a time crunch and need your meal faster, you can go directly to the oven. You will just need to adjust your bake time to allow for thawing out in the oven. I hope you enjoy this!!! It’s one of my favorites!

      This recipe is pretty flexible! I use penne pasta (you can really use any type). The amount of broccoli you can adjust to your preference as well. I use two small bags of frozen broccoli bc we love broccoli in our house! I’ve used more and less and it’s always good!
