Quote from my devotional book which struck me today…
“We won’t turn into prayer warriors overnight. But we’ll want desperately for Jesus to meet us in our weakness. He is faithful. We must be too.”
How true is that?!?!? I know I tend to pray more when I have something I “need.” My goal is to become more consistent with my praying. To pray out of thankfulness and gratitude rather than out of need.
Matthew 26:40-41 “The Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.”
I don’t want my faith to be weak. I crave a strong relationship which can only happen through prayer and devotion!
