It can be easy to let fearful thoughts consume us. Let’s face it-we ALL have something that we are worried about. However, these fearful thoughts can sneak up and be the  forefront of our minds.

When I think about this, it’s pretty foolish actually. It can be exhausting constantly worrying about things that God has already promised to take care of.

Don’t let fear overtake us and use up all of our energy.

Instead, we should save our energy for trusting Him.

We need to let God be our strength and deal with our fears. Let’s clear up that space in the front of our mind for more constructive things!

What are you worrying about right now? I encourage you to let go of it and let God handle it. Let’s be of clear mind going into today!
