4 Ingredient Surprise Brownies

 

Ingredients:

• 20oz package fudge brownie mix
• Cooking Spray
• 12 Nilla wafer cookies
• 12 caramels

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350
• Prepare the brownies according to package instructions
• Coat the muffin tin with cooking spray and place one wafer cookie in each section bottom
• Spoon 3tbs of brownie batter over each wafer
• Place one caramel in the center of each brownie and top with a small spoonful of batter
• Bake for 22 minutes
• Cool for about 10 minutes, remove from tin and serve

*This is a great recipe to get the kids involved with! They can mix the brownie batter. They can also unwrap the caramels and place them in the batter!
