Sloppy Joe Casserole

  • 1lb ground beef (I usually use ground turkey to replace beef)
  • 1 can Campbell’s condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4c water
  • 1tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits (10)
  • 1/2c shredded cheddar cheese

  • heat the oven to 400 degrees F
  • brown the meat until cooked fully
  • stir the soup, water, Worcestershire and black pepper into the skillet
  • heat to boil
  • spoon the meat mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
  • arrange the biscuits over the meat mixture around the edge of the casserole dish
  • bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown
  • sprinkle the cheese over the meat mixture

Enjoy!!! I always enjoy this alternative to the traditional sloppy joes!

***This is a great recipe to make double of the meat mixture and freeze up half for another meal later. All you would need to do is add the biscuits later and bake!
