My pastor mentioned this verse in his sermon this morning. It reminded me of this post and I wanted to re-share it with ya’ll. Have a wonderful Sunday my friends!
Luke 12:24-26, 31
Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
…But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
Wow! I could read each line of that over and over.
Since I’ve been starting a journey of “having less and enjoying more,” the verse about the ravens struck me the most.
“Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them.”
Who am I to meddle and try to control it all? I am going to develop the mindset that, even the ravens don’t have…
